&lt;p>On the &lt;strong>Compute Engine&lt;/strong> dashboard, click &lt;strong>Snapshots&lt;/strong>.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>The &lt;strong>Snapshots&lt;/strong> screen appears.&lt;/p>

&lt;p>Click &lt;strong>Create Snapshot&lt;/strong>.&lt;/p>
&lt;p>The Create a snapshot screen appears.&lt;/p>

&lt;li>&lt;strong>Name&lt;/strong> - Name of the snapshot.&lt;/li>
&lt;li>&lt;strong>Description&lt;/strong> – Description for the snapshot.&lt;/li>
